Proven Expertise in Property Valuation of Environmental Contaminated Properties

Strategic Property Analytics has played a pivotal role in many internationally recognized environmental contamination cases through its specialized expertise in property value diminution appraisals. We have in-depth experience valuing properties impacted by contaminants in groundwater, soil, and vapor intrusion, as well as other environmental challenges. Our expertise covers a wide range of contamination scenarios, including source, non-source, adjacent, and proximate properties. We are skilled in evaluating the impact of contaminants such as petroleum products, heavy metals, asbestos, pesticides, VOCs like TCE and PCE, and emerging contaminants like PFAS, 1,4-dioxane, and GenX on property values. Our team is equipped to assess various property types and contamination situations. Below are select examples of our case involvement. Please note that many projects remain ongoing, and confidentiality constraints limit the disclosure of specific details.
