Via Estoril Landslides Laguna Niguel, CA. Diminution in value study related to a sudden 125-foot landslide that destroyed seven ocean-view homes.

Hurricane Katrina The Murphy Oil Spill case in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, which resulted in oil contamination over substantial portions of Saint Bernard’s Parish in the aftermath of the hurricane.
