Dr. Steven Ferraro is an expert in business and real estate valuation, serving as a Testifying Expert at Strategic Property Analytics. He provides consulting and analysis for litigation, negotiation, and strategic purposes in both domestic and global markets. As an econometrician with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Ferraro contributes to published articles and delivers speaking engagements on valuation methodologies and environmental impacts, including PFAS contamination. He has held leadership roles in academia and professional organizations, including serving as Chair of the Faculty Council at the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, where he is a tenured professor.
Dr. Ferraro’s expertise spans a broad range of valuation assignments, including environmental contamination, eminent domain, natural disasters, corporate restructuring, and estate planning. His work has supported clients across diverse industries such as medical technology, energy, construction, professional practices, and real estate partnerships. Globally, he has addressed complex cases involving contamination and disasters in the U.S. and Australia.
Dr. Ferraro is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Louisiana State University, an MBA from Brigham Young University, and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Utah.
